Homemade Durian Muffin Recipe

DURIAN MUFFIN!

Finally writing up a recipe on my blog!
We have some extra durian at home so, yeah, durian muffin it is!

Ingredient:
300g flour
100g sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
75g melted butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
300g Durian pulp

Some preparation of the ingredient before starting.
Microwave the butter to melt it or use a water bath to melt it.

Remove the seed and slightly mash it.

Instruction:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degree Celcius.

2. Add egg to melted butter and stir. After that, add in the milk and 3/4 of the durian in to the batter. Stir thoroughly.

3. Using another bowl, add in the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together and sieve the flours. Then add in the sugar together.
4. Add the wet batter into the flour part by part and fold it.
5. Scoop the batter into the muffin tray half full, and add in a little bit of the remaining 1/4 of the durian into the middle then cover up with the batter again.

6. Bake around 20 minutes in 190 degree Celcius.

7. Poke into the middle of the muffin using a toothpick to check if it's fully cooked or not. If the toothpick come out clean without any batter sticking on it then it's fully cooked!
